History: Akira's parents were killed 14 years ago, reasons unknown to everyone but Akira. She then traveled with her sister, Aoi, around Japan until she found the Vampire Council. Akira decided to stay with them, even though she hated the Vampire Council. Her sister went to go explore the world 5 years after staying with her sister.
When Akira drank human blood for the first time, her body rejected it and she had a huge attack of some sort, killing one person. Ever since then, she only takes tablets, and if she sees human blood or drinks any type of blood, she'll have another attack.

Family:
-Mother- Hanako Kurai, dead
-Father- Aito Kurai, dead
-Sister- Aoi Kurai, traveling around the world. Aoi looks like a younger version of Akira, except with long hair, the same color, and she's a cheerful and chipper person (Like Aidou, but defensive over Akira)

Personality:
- The serious type of girl
- Seems cold, at first but turns out a little friendlier
- Rather quiet, formal, and withdrawn

- Ability to move and change water
- Ability to control/ move objects
(Her eyes turn shockingly violet when she uses her powers)
(Has two silver chakrams that can turn into a gun, or a whip)

- Seeing the begging eyes her sister often makes

Due to some problems in my weird little life, I'm gone during the weekends every other week, so yeah...
